Great value. Sturdy, easy to adjust. Much safer than the clamp on toilet seats.

It look sturdy enough but unfortunately it arrived missing one of its rubber foot and as it was urgently needed went round the house looking for a replacement which we found at the bottom of a walking stick! Would like to get a replacement rubber foot for the walking stick!

This product was as specified, simple to set up and was just what my Mom needed. There was an issue in that it had a piece missing however I contacted Grace at the supplier and she issued a replacement straight away

Amazon page showed diagram with measurements which was a good start. Seat arrived well packed in huge box. It was easy to adjust the height. The seat is plain, white and doesn't look too much like a hospital if other people are using the same loo as Granny. A good buy, recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, don't know why I put off getting one. Came with everything included, nothing missing and as soon as legs are adjusted to height required, it's ready to go!

Came ready assembled I had hoped to be able to take this apart when no longer needed, but that is not possible.

The bloke from Amazon said it was the biggest package he had delivered. I am no good at home assembly so I bought this and it arrived ready made. It sat comfortably over the toilet with the toilet seat raised and has sturdy arm handles so my 94 year old mum had no problem raising herself from the loo. She hates those horrible plastic thingy's that people put on their loo seats to raise the height which are so unhygienic .This is super easy to clean so 10/10 and I can just pick it up and put it away until her next visit. Would defo recommend
