Lots to think about!
Comprehensive and thought provoking.I spent a while reading this book as each section required me to put the book down and think about what's going in my life.

Superficial and misleading
This book was reccomended to me by a friend and I hand expected better. My impression was of a superficial, misleading and Americanized version of Jung, which does not do justice to him in anyway. The representation of the concept or archetypes is also confusing and misleading. Hhe concept has potential, but its badly done.

Fascinating read.
Broken down into useful chapters. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to look into their own shadow, or the subject in general.

Exceptional!
Wow! Read Meeting the Shadow b4 reading this and was great backdrop. This book goes into quite a bit more detail and makes a good investigatory handbook for Journaling. Only for those courageous souls that want to do some real transformation.
