I bought one of these a few years ago (still works great) and 2 more this year (2023). These are the best camping lantern for the people who are looking for a soft warm light that is not too bright at night...Good enough to read without disturbing other people.

I love these solar charged lanterns for camping andI also take it with me when driving in the winter, just in case. They are very lightweight and this one collapses down to about 3"or you can use just the screw top for light. The soft plastic won't break and it is waterproof when sealed. The kids told ghost storries around the campfire with it with no worries about dropping and breaking it!
