Looks good and feels solid.Cons: ANNOYING!The most important function of a telephone is to be able to listen to the voice of the person on the other end properly. But volume is too low and I have to press the handset real hard against my ears to be able to listen to the caller's voice. This is really annoying.

The Telephone Works Great. Its simple and easy to use. I have been using it from last 2 months and it's still working great. One feature that is missing is, it doesn't has a loudspeaker mode.

Amazon delivered the product sooner that expected. Hats off to that. The product however has deficiencies. There are lot of downsides.Pros:1)The Phone looks pretty and neat.2) Its very simple yet not ugly.3) Has a caller ID display with date and time.Cons:1) The Speaker (from which you listen) has extremely low volume even when you set it at "Hi" , you just barely hear the other person.2) there is no Mute button (which is a basic thing to have)3) there is no "speaker phone" or handsfree mode (which is again a very basic requirement)4) the build quality is very cheap.5) no volume button (you just have a hi-low switch which makes no difference)Overall : not value for money. I feel cheated. I am not sure if Amazon can help me get a refund.

The said product is used as the phone in my residential Land Line. But the telephone Binatone is not displaying caller's ID in full. Viz:- If I call my land line number the display shows 2 or 3 digits only. Not the complete 10 digits of a mobile number. Since I bought this on Nov. 7, 2018 and having one year warranty it is requested to replace this telephone with a similar model which satisfies the nomenclature of Binatone spirit 200 phone. - Dr.N.Sankar

Product was good, functioning well.Good noise quality.But Caller id was not working properly as only some digits of the phone number were coming.Sometimes if i tap on phone''s back, it all thedigits would come....Binatone Cust. Service told me 2 replace....but i chose not ....

Product is decent, easy to use. There are 2 ringer volumes - Hi / Low which is good. Voice clarity is clear but the display is small. You can place the phone on table or there is an option to wall mount. I'm using the device for our flat intercom which serves the purpose.
