I love this armchair! It has a classic look but not antiquated. It is also very cosy, especially in the reclining position. Very good value for money too.

To be fair we were looking at other much better looking chairs and chose this one purely for financially reason's but never expected it to be this good. Easy to put together really comfortable if we have one tiny complaint the trim on the underneath was poorly finished but other than that very happy

As mentioned by previous reviewers, delivery was definitely the weak link. Arrived day before the indicative 5 day slot. Had to drill into courier's link to find this out, as the Amazon tracker never moved from the original timeline. Nice to get it early, but, now that I am back in the office, this might not have been convenient. In the event, daughter was able to take delivery for me. Driver was grumpy, and only grudgingly helped her to get it over the threshold of the front door. I note the latest product post cites "free delivery to room of choice". So, that negative experience may now have been addressed. The chair itself does not disappoint. I am not a fan of the exposed upholstery tacks and would have preferred higher armrests and deeper side wings. However, these details were all perfectly clear in the photos and dimensions, so I knew what I was getting. Comfort in all positions is excellent. The smaller proportions perfect in my tiny sitting room. Have had to add some sliders under the legs, as, given the lack of space, I have to pull it out to recline, and it's quite heavy. Daughter has added some varied fabric covers to the buttons, which adds a bit of character. Will use with a throw to protect the fabric. All in all, an excellent piece of furniture, particularly given the price! Definitely recommend.

the leather finish is a two tone [patchy] - the lay full back position will not stay in place it creeps forward as there is no locking device to hold it there- a little bit unsturdy when checked after build easily shook, overall nice to look at ,and made for a lighter weighted person.

Great Recliner Chair, good value for money, well built & solid. The Velvet is really nice. The Seat Cushion is nice & thick, well supported and means sitting on the chair is very comfortable & reclining in the chair is also comfortable. I would recommend the seller & manufacturer, I’ve bought from them over the past 10 years now. I’m a very happy customer.

Do not buy went together easily has never been mistreated and the leg has fallen through the bottom of the chair didn't last 6 months.

The bonded leather chair arrived today, and I must say, the delivery man was so helpful and nice, it's a large and hefty box, but together with my husband giving him a hand he delivered it right into the living room. That box large enough for social distancing, blimey. :-D A friendly delivery like that makes a big difference how you feel about what you get! The chair is straight forward enough to put together, if not a piece of cake, it's comfy and it looks good. The reason for just 4 rather than 5 stars is that a) bonded leather is a bit fragile, one of the corners already has a tiny tear, not so visible, but it wasn't there when we got it, just one touch with slipper soles must have done that. Socks only on the footrest then. Whether the chair suits you depends if you feel the seat cushion at 50x51cm is large enough, in retrospect I think I'd have liked it a bit bigger, for that cosy feel for my pear shape, and at 5'9" it's probably not the most perfect fit, but it's good enough to keep. The seat is pleasantly high to get out of, and has great lumbar support. I don't know how long it will last, but we'll be careful with it and hope for the best.
