This is the best Lemon Drizzle Cake I've ever tasted. It's delicious. So light and tangy. I can't eat gluten so this was such a treat. My husband can have gluten, but he preferred this much more than the usual cakes he's had before. It's a little pricey, but so worth it. I will definitely be coming back for more. Came well packages, ready frozen. Another reviewer mentioned not being able to cut it up and freeze half. But quite honestly, once you taste one piece, you soon realise you can't stop at one. My cake disappeared very quickly. Yummy!

These are brilliant cakes.....moist and full of flavour. Beautifully packaged & easy to defrost and handle. Arrived quickly & as promised.

These slices were very light and tasted OK. However, the difficulty is that the cakes were NOT cut through before freezing and were just "scored" - this means that unless you defrost the whole tray full it is difficult to separate them into squares.The blackcurrant crumbles were disappointing I that there was a thin layer of blackcurrant which had no taste and again these were just scored prior to freezing and were impossible to separate into squares unless you defrosted the whole tray in one go.
