Yoga pad is wonderful Thin yet provides comfort. Can’t say enough about the position markings. Really helps with alignment. The blocks are solid and do their job well. Good quality shoulder strap. Haven’t used the stretching strap yet. Seems like it will fu action well.

Bought this for my wife quite awhile ago. Still in great shape. She uses it every day.

Be patient - the rubber smell will go away. I liked the idea of a natural rubber backing, to go with the natural cork, but the rubber smell was very strong every time I rolled it out. A sprinkling of eucalyptus oil helped a bit, but time is the fix - allow about 2 weeks for rubber smell to finally go away. I did not realize how helpful the black marking would be in keeping me aligned in my positions - this is IMO a huge benefit of this mat. The cork seems durable and thick. All good.

I got this on sale for my wife, but then I started using it. I've never used a yoga mat before, but this one seems pretty beefy. Blocks work great for further extension of the body. I got a cheap yoga mat for the road and it doesn't compare to this one. For daily use it is holding up great.

I really like it because you don’t slip as much but you can still slide your foot or leg if you want to. The alignment marks are good and I like the padding feel.
