Best quality I like it
It is of good quality. I like it. It seems to be good for diabetic patients. It is a powder prepared from original Goodmar plants. I have not found any other mixture. The quality is good.

It controls both sugar as well as kidney stones
Gudmar(Gymnema sylvestre) is traditionally known to lower blood sugar levels. However study by my research team showed that it also melts kidney stones. I recommend diabetes and kidney stone patients to have half teaspoon twice daily with water. However keep a check on your fasting and PP blood sugar levels to prevent hypoglycemic condition.

So effective work before this my fasting glucose is 189 and after taking it in empty stomach just one time in morning it comes down to 118 ..i am so happy after taking this
