If I'm feeling dehydrated.. I can drink a cup of this hydrator and by the time I get to the gym I feel much more hydrated and have much better workout sessions, whether running or lifting.I've tried C4's alpha aminos and Onnit's mineral electrolytes and this is by far the most simple and effective. Alpha aminos are not bad by any means, this just edges it out on taste and it dissolves better.I'm a fan of Vega since I'm plant-based, obviously, but their protein also amazing since it doesn't taste like it came from a cow with mastitis... which is great. Definitely a company I want to support!

The electrolytes help you retain your water to remain hydrated throughout the day. All salt that is lost through sweating needs to be replenished to keep you hydrated. Remember, we are roughly 60% water, so we need it in order to live optimally. Especially if you are an active person and thus sweat a little more frequently. I trust the Vega brand, and I recommend this product. And the flavor is great :)

Tastes kinda funny. Don't expect Gatorage/Powerade taste with this, but the price is decent so I'll take it. I'm curious what their other flavors are like.

This is a high quality electrolyte powder. It mixes well with a bottle shaker or spoon. It's not gritty nor does it upset your tummy. The flavor profile on point. Goldilocks with a high price tag. I really wish the price would go down on this because it is a family favorite

Perfect for after workout protein boost

Not sure where Vega has gone but this was my favorite electrolyte product for hiking adventures. I was able to decide on the concentration I liked and felt like my body was maintaining good energy even while on a trip to the top of Mt Whitney.

This one tastes just ok. Nothing great, but not horrible. The container has too small of an opening and the tiny container has hardly anything in it. I would be surprised if you actually get the number of servings claimed. After about half it gone, you can't get your hand into the container to scoop anything out. The scoop needs to be longer or better yet, combine that with a larger container mouth opening. My knuckles get wrecked trying to scoop anything out. This is not a problem that should exist. Had they tried their own product just once, they would have noticed this as being an issue.

Tastes SO good. I really notice a difference when I drink a glass of this electrolyte mix. Highly recommend. I have low blood pressure and having this before, during and after really helps me. Otherwise I feel dizzy. I drink this everyday, even on off days bc it tastes good and is nutritious. I don’t notice any thickness at all. Taste likes PEZ candy but not in bad way.
