Metamucil MultiGrain Fiber Wafers Apple Crisp - 12 ct, Pack of 2

This particular flavor of Metamucil wafers is very difficult to find, so I was especially happy to be able to order a pack of two right here on Amazon. I highly recommend both the apple crisp flavor and the seller who provided a seamless sale!

I use these wafers to help increase my fiber intakeand regulate my body. it Seems to work. i ususlly use 1/2 or less for my dossge. it's a great product.

For a fiber supplement, these are tasty.

Awesome for an on-the-go breakfast. Don’t forget a few crunchy bites of fruits or veggies to clean the cookie out of your teeth, and a good drink to wash it all down. I love it.

Odd and scrunched up exterior wrapping over the packaging, but the product itself seems fine. Delivery prompt. Would buy again.

Tastes and works great

First and most important: they work. This is a gentle, natural product that significantly improved my digestion with no unpleasant side effects. Very much to my surprise, it also turns out that I like them. The apple wafers have a nice, mild flavor and a satisfying crunch. The cinnamon wafers are a bit stronger. I like them both enough to stick them in a dish of ice cream and call them desert. Yum! Also have to give two thumbs up to the subscription option. It's like an endless 'buy 2, get 1 free' sale compared to what I see these go for at the grocery store and the pharmacy, and the shipping is free. The only important warning I have comes from the instructions on the box: it is possible for the fiber from the wafers to limit absorption of vitamins and medicines, so it's better to take them at different times. I just do vitamins and my cholesterol reducer first thing in the morning, and eat a wafer at the end of most evenings. This is a great product!

I have tried 4 boxes of these. I would not take them as an only fiber source or to promote quick bowel movements. I still needed a laxative. They taste good and I obtained a few grains of fiber.

It was indeed tasty although it was not cheap
