This book is awesome. It was published just in time for us. It is evidence-based and non-judgmental. It doesn't try to convince you of the one way to potty train or imply that dads are peripheral in the process. The intro and notes by an actual MD are a great feature. Skip "oh crap" and the 3-day book. Get this one instead.

A very helpful foundation for those who have no clue how to start!!While we found different phrases to say to our child, adjusting to what worked, we stuck to this plan!We have only one child at this point, had zero confidence in ourselves because all people wanted to do was tell us how they thought we should do things and NOTHING matched up, we really had no clue where to start! This book gave us the confidence to start and a starting plan (though our toddler caught on and we won't need a 'plan b').We did not need to try any of the troubleshooting options so I can't review those.This book was an AWESOME foundation for us!

The product does have information about when to potty train you're child but it doesn't say how to potty train you're child. I read the book entirely and I'm disappointed that there were no methods included.

I am working with twin girls that are age two. They are both smart and love learning. However one is terrified of the potty and this book did not help me with over coming this. I am greatful for the information and will keep on working with them. I know 3 and older is probably a better age, but will do the best we can.

I was so apprehensive about potty training and had definitely been putting it off. But this book took away all my nerves and really prompted me to just go for it! I cannot recommend this book enough

I was so nervous about potty training! At the end of the day I could have done it with just the advice from friends/internet. I would say if you're having problems with potty training this book had solutions for all kind of problems. I would suggest trying first before ordering the book.

This book is so helpful! I was so afraid of doing something wrong when starting potty training. This book offered so much valuable information that helped me feel more confident that we were choosing the right time and technique specific to our child.

The potty training advice is pretty good but the book just felt like an advertisement to use the author as a potty consultant or to pay to attend her school.
