I love this cube!
The cube moves well. I've also had the cube break on me a few times in the beginning. But I eventually figured out how to put it back together. This happened a few times to me. But over time I learned how to turn the cube without breaking it. I've done dozens of solves since then without breaking it. I'm not quite a speed cuber in the sense of trying to learn handfuls of extra algorithms to halve my time, but I'm quite satisfied being able to consistently solve the cube in a reasonable amount of time using the beginning methods. How this cube would perform at higher speeds might run into the cube breaking if you need things like corner cutting. But overall, I'm very satisfied with this cube and don't have any withstanding issues with it. I'm very happy with my purchase of this cube!

Great Cube at a GREAT value
I own over a dozen cubes from different manufacturers, ranging from 2x2 to 9x9's (this is my second 9x9). This one is great - it's very comfortable to hold, it's smooth turning, no stickers is a huge plus, and the price is fantastic. There's one review that is pretty negative (with photos), because the person busted it on the first or second attempt. A couple thoughts: - [1] This is an advanced cube. You have to be a bit more careful with this versus, say, a 3x3. If you haven't aligned things properly and then force a move against that ill-aligned side, it'll bust. But guess what, that's a reality with ANY large sided cube. I suspect a part of the problem was also because it was a new cube for them, which leads me to my next thought - - [2] As with many larger cubes, you need to "break it in" a bit. The first 1 or 2 times solving it, it'll be a bit sticky. But you have to move all the parts around and evenly distribute the lubrication that is inside it. Once you solve it a time or two, it's extremely smooth. If you want a 9x9, this is a no brainer. It's good enough that I might buy a second one, just because. Hope this helps!

Not a speed cube!!
WARNING: If you ordered this thinking its a really good speed cube, it's not. If you try corner cutting with the outer layers too quickly, the second layer center pieces can pop out of place and it's intimidating because the pieces are so small and seem very fragile. I ordered this because I wanted a bigger puzzle that I could create patterns like the ones in the pictures. It's a really good puzzle, makes the squares on my 7x7 look larger. The centers are also a little bit harder to determine which pieces go where when solving as compared to the 7x7. It's my very first 9x9 and I hope to make MANY Patterns on it!!

Promising product, but very oily and smelly
I love solving cubes and have several in my collection. I have bought a few "pre-lubricated" cubes before that seemed fine, but there is either something very wrong with the process that this company uses, or I got a defective cube. As soon as I took it out of the box and began scrambling it, I noticed my fingers getting very oily, and to top it off, whatever oil they use is very smelly as well - it smells like gun oil or something, and very strongly. Of the 3 or 4 lubricated speed cubes of various sizes that I have bought, I have never experienced anything like this problem. On all of the others, the lubricant does not get to the outside of the cube, and it doesn't smell. I will probably end up returning this cube. On the plus side, it seems like this would be a very good cube to add to one's collection if it didn't have this problem, which I imagine could be easily remedied in the manufacturing process.

Very cool, but difficult to solve. Extremely Fun!!!
Great cube with pretty good turning only thing is u had it for only a week and pieces started to pop but it’s okay because it put it back together. Other than that it was a good purchase.

An absolute gem
Absolutely great. Shaved about 10 minutes off my solve time compared to my other 9x9 just because it turns super smooth and is really easy to line back up. It's also a lot less picky than my other cube about being lined up perfectly. Colors are great. No stickers is the way to go. The small size is very pleasant. I payed over $90 for my other 9x9 years ago. Gave $40 for this. Worth every penny twice over. Just don't expect to try to wildly solve it as fast as you can. ALL cubes this big will pop pieces of you aren't gentle.

Colors are nice. Easy to manipulate but unfortunately one piece came off within 1 month.

My nephew loves rubic cubes and has a ton on them. 15 seconds after he started using this one a piece fell off. Poor quality, would not buy again

This was great for a short time. Pieces started falling out. Think that says enough. Waste of money.
