Best small knife I’ve ever had. Very good size, sits well in your hand and has a good length of blad which is very sharp and which can be resharpened. I have bought lots of these for the workshops I run and for home and gifts. For the cost very good value for money.

Well balanced, dish washer safe, great quality and very reasonable price. Much better than many popular and expensive brands I’ve tried. Great for all around use in the kitchen

Good quaity knife. Well made. Estimate this knife will last a lifetime if well looked after with average use. Easily sharpened to bring sharpness back to the blade. Handle is solid with three steel rods going through. I doubt the handle will ever brake it's so well made. Comfortable to use and a good overall size. I use this knife every single day in the kitchen.

I bought this to replace a long serving knife which unfortunately was losing its wooden handle.I'd been looking for a while as I wanted something lightweight but sharp. I wanted a good all rounder to allow me to cut potatoes or tomatoes and this has been perfect.It's easy to handle, stays very sharp despite everyday use, and is easy to simply wash and use on something else.I'd been looking at some rather pricey knives but I'm not sure any of them would have suited my needs as much as this one, tremendous value considering it is used daily.My husband liked it so much he requested the smaller knife in the same range too as his everyday knife was getting dull quickly and would not keep an edge.I've got relatives getting married soon so I'll be looking to get a set as a gift.

I first bought a Sabatier knife thirty years ago and only need to replace it now.Excellent quality knife and great value.Thoroughly recommended.
