I have IBD (Irritable Bowel) - that is I have to be careful about what I eat as my digestive system cannot handle it. I used this product internally upto two or three times a week and I have been pleasantly surprised. Also as a useful side-effect it clears up my breakouts. Clear skin!. Only con I can think of - don't like the plastic casing of the capsule.

Like the product. Activated charcoal has numerous health benefits of kidney, fix gut related problems, minor skin infections etc.I used it only for detox effects and I noticed my acne problems were reduced significantly after using this.Side effects:- Black stoolCaution:Be sure to follow the dosage. Over consumption can be fatal to health.I was surprising to read that it is also helpful in treating food poisoning and even snake bites! what is the reason there are fine particles of sand in the capsule. I would declare it in the ingredient section if I am the manufacturer or sellers must declare it in the Ad description. for that reason, I will not buy this particular product again. At the same time, I will not recommend it to anyone else too.

Works as advertised . . . Took 2caps everyday with minimum of 2 hours gap from meals and meds . . . Good for detox

Cause Allergy
I got skin allergy after using it ... Might be because of the type of gelatin used in the capsule or may be I m allergic to activated charcoal ... Be cautious.

More than half of the capsules are empty!!!
Charcoal can't go wrong, it will give you results. But having pills with only a smudge of charcoal wouldn't help you at all. All the pills underneath were next to empty. Feeling cheated out of cash.

Cap cut so precisely in half
I just now recieved delivery of these capsules and the cap was cut from the top. What is this!!It makes me question the authenticity of the product and if i should consume it.
