I am living in the Emperor's New Clothes story. I saw many high-reviews. But I read everything and followed its instructions step-by-step. I sat with my feet firmly planted in the unit and barely felt it warm, so I took the insert out and continued for another three hours, and still nothing. If I did not know better, I would think I bought this out of a trunk while some guy was trying to draw a crowd. Bottom line? It does nothing. I did lose a few pounds, though, since the price was so high, I had to eat less for the week. Oh, and I just found out that you can not return it. I can kiss that $200.00 goodby.
