Sticky Holsters Lg-6 Short Modified Laser Large Lg-6 Short Modified Laser, Black

I bought this for my H&K P2000, and it is perfect! I use it as an IWB holster around the house, or between the couch cushions when I'm watching TV and don't want to wear it on my person. It works well when I'm wearing basketball shorts or sweats to do yard work and am not wearing a belt. It stays in place when I tie the strings a little snug. It also works well with a gun belt, but I typically use other holsters when I'm out and about.If I'm driving far and using my AIWB holster, I may sometimes holster my firearm in this Sticky between my seat and console near the seat belt latch. Your firearm is readily available and easy to reach when you need it, it won't cause any pressure points on your body from your seat belt, and while you are driving, it is still concealed. The Sheriff Deputy who interviewed me gave me this tip.With Sticky Holsters, you will need to remove the holster from where it resides (on your person or between seat cushions, etc.) in order to re-holster your firearm. As with all holsters, be sure to *SAFELY* practice your draw the way you intend to carry/house your firearm to make sure that you can get a smooth, consistent draw under pressure.* Material is sticky, not like tape or glue, but it will stay in place when you wear it.* Great cut around trigger so that you can have a full "purchase" on your firearm on the draw; your support finger is already tight up against the trigger guard.* Material is soft and comfortable next to your body.* Material is soft, yet rigid enough to cover the trigger so that nothing can get in there to pull on the trigger.* Material is light-weight.* Holster is versatile and can be work in different ways (AIWB, IWB 4:00 - 8:00 positions, under your gun belt but outside the pant, between couch cushions, between car seat and console, etc.).* They have models to accommodate my different firearms with or without accessories. I also own a smaller version that can accommodate my Glock26 and M&P Shield and love that one, too.

Railmaster Pro red laser with light fit perfectly. Installed on my EDC Smith & Wesson M&P 40c . Absolutely unbelievable fit. Snug with just a hair of play. Slides out of holster so smoothly. I am so impressed with "Sticky Holsters" ! Got the Lg-6 Long for my full size Smith & Wesson 5.2 barrel M&P 40. Same great fit. Will order another Railmaster Pro red laser with light for my full size now that I know the fit will also be outstanding in the Lg-6 Long. Again, you will also be amazed at the fit. I can pocket carry, or IWB carry with both holsters. Another note, I have a small carry bag that has a pocket that fits the holster perfectly for when I am in my wheelchair. Easy draw from that also.

The SDVE 9mm is a large semi auto which fits into this pocket holster, with underbarrel laser, pefectly. Stays in the pocket on the draw, and has less of a print than my pocket carried j frame 38. Does a fine job of keeping the pistol in place.

I use the sticky holster on a daily basis. First, it is comfortable, second it stays where you put is, three you put the gun in the holster and then in your waistband. The trigger is always covered and no chance of Glock leg. fourth it fits the Glock 23 /19 with the laser / light perfectly. With this holster I am able to carry a compact g23 instead of a smaller subcompact pistol.I am a huge fan of the sticky holsters and this one has proven a winner for compact sized pistols with lights.

Fits my Sig Sauer P320 Compact like a glove, covers the trigger as it should and gun slides in and out when given the right pressure, but still snug when gun is in holster. Every employee at my local gun range use these sticky holsters and sold me on these. Very pleased!

Purchased the LG-6S Modified on 05-24-2023 for $27.21. ($27.95 - $0.74 discount)I have several Stickies. I like being able to just shove it inside the waistband for a quick trip to wherever.It's convenient. It's fast.Naturally, how secure this holster is in your waistband depends on how tight your waistband/belt is. Your pants need to be worn tight enough to provide enough pressure to support the weight of the firearm. The friction hold, in conjunction with the 'stickiness' of the holster fabric, prevents it from submarining off the waist and down your pant leg.Assuming there's sufficient tension from your waistband/belt, when you draw, the holster sticks and doesn't pull out. At least, that's how it should work.If your pants are loose-fitting, you may end up with an unsecured shoe-top, ankle holster! Bad. Embarrassing.Because it has no clip or strap that attaches the holster to your waistband/holster, its use should be limited to low-level activities---like walking around. Furthermore, because there is no retention strap for the firearm, I would not recommend it to someone who is completely new to carrying.This model is the modified version to fit rail-mounted lasers. I don't have a laser. Then why did I get this?Well, an issue that I and others have and have had with some Stickies is the tendency of the rear sight to snag on the back edge and pull out the holster with the firearm. 'Dumb and Dumber'? Inspector Clouseau?Correctly performed, when you draw, you push the webbed area between your thumb and index finger high onto the backstrap of your grip. In doing so, the firearm gets pressed forward. That press causes the rear sight to dig into the fabric and leads to the snag as you draw.This modified version is more loose fitting, so has more headroom and better clearance for the rear sight to reduce the instances of snags with holster pull-outs. It's not full-proof, but it's much better at preventing snags than the standard LG-6S which has a tighter fit.Sooner or later, the manufacturer needs to address the issue of the snagging rear sight and make a change to correct it. Unfortunately, it appears that their tack continues to be later, not sooner.
