Blenheim was very spicy
The blenheim hot formula was very spicy but had a good flavor to it. This ginger ale made my nose run, and sometimes I coughed on just the fumes. I really liked the hot formula as it was the hottest ginger beer I have tasted. Defintely much spicier than Reeds Extra Ginger Beer. Reeds is sweet with not much of a bite to it. Cock n Bull is a decently spicy ginger beer that has a good taste to it, but ginger is not listed as one of the ingredients. I like drinks to have real ginger. Fever Tree and Fentimans are both great ginger beers that have a good kick to them, but not as spicy as Blenheim's hot flavor. Fever Tree has more of a crisp taste, while Fentimans has more of a complex taste but they both have a good kick to them. All of them are quite expensive compared to Canada Dry. Canada Dry has no bite to it. Due to the cost issue involved with the price of Blenheims combined with the shipping, I most likely will not be buying it again. I wish they would sell Blenheims in my local grocery stores at a decent price.

I took a chance on buying a few bottles of Blenheim's Hot Ginger Ale...
and after consumption of the first bottle, have found a new favorite beverage. As noted by other reviewers, the ginger flavor is quite intense at first, but tends to seem more mellow the more sips taken. The lips and mouth tingle pleasantly as you drink, while sip after sip, the stomach is cooled and refreshed. For a lover of aromatic spice, this drink is quite satisfying. Sugar and ginger are in proper proportions, also: not too sweet, not too hot, but well-balanced. I'm not one who often raves about any product, but here, I must make an exception. This rare gem deserves to be lauded.Best if poured over plenty of ice and consumed immediately.

Waste of money!
I ordered this item thinking it would be hot and spicy ginger ale. I did not notice that it was over eight dollars for only one 12 ounce bottle. That is ridiculous.! But I figured it would be the best ginger ale I had ever had. Not only was it not hot at all, it was almost too sweet to drink. I would never buy this product again and do not recommend it to anyone. Unless you like really sweet and overpriced ginger ale. I could not be more disappointed. And I making myself clear! Totally disappointed.

Better than the rest, but CAUTION - the price is for a single 12 oz. bottle!
This is the BEST spicy ginger beer you will ever drink, BUT $8 for a single bottle?!? If I had read closer, it is clearly stated, but I missed it. I had it in my head that it was two 4 pack. I ordered two (I thought 4 packs) and received 2 - 12 oz bottles. Are you kidding me? I will be MUCH more careful about reading the fine print before ordering. Fortunately, it is good stuff, but I will need to savor it to make up for my stupid mistake.

Over priced, good product
I was raised on Vernor's and nothing matched their quality and true clear and sharp taste. That all ended in early 1970's when they changed their brewing process to extract more profits at the expense of quality. This product is close to Vernor's except it has a fake ginger bite note and after taste. And like most ginger ale on the market is overly sweet, as a way to cover for weak, flat taste. The price point is absolutely out of line. I'll keep looking...

Adds more kick to a mule
Nice added ginger kick to a gin gin mule without adding more gin. Nice flavor without a too syrupy sugar taste. Also I tried the sugar free version for dieters/diabetics. Also has a nice ginger spice taste. Ordered a mixed case of hot and sugar free for less than 2.00 per bottle directly from Blenheim.
