This is very good heating pad and comfortable to use. It is somewhat better quality as compared to other cheap products. It has Velvet Fur outside and looks premium due to that. However I suspect there is Gel inside this bag as mentioned in Amazon. I think its just plain water inside but it serves the purpose of heating. Even on product box they have mentioned as hot water bag (not Gel). Otherwise this is good product. If you are looking for good quality heating bag then you can go for this.

Very easy to use n convenient. Being thick cloth (not sure if it is velvet), its easy on the skin. Just that it starts giving sparking sound when it gets hotter. I switch it off as soon as I here such sound, but it gets enough hot by then. Its a must have in winters.

The wire is very flimsy n the pad didn’t turn on ... pathetic product.... do not buy... waste of money... tried calling for return but no response.... 1st time in my whole Amazon experience its the worst... Amazon should check before delivering such items of emergency needs....

Hmm... Not fully satisfied

I have been using this product from last 2 months. Three things I like about it.1. Velvet cover gives smooth feeling2. Pouch design to insert hand3. Quick heating.

Stops working after two months only. Seems a loose contact inside the bag.

Quality product. Value for money. Effective heat treatment for pain.

Reasonable price with good quality it remains hot for more than 1 hour
