I ordered this tawa to use on first instance in gand but sticky sticker at middle of tawa add delay to use as I have to soak the tawa in water to get it removed. Does this mean that product company not aware to not stick so much sticky sticker at middle. The core use of tawa is to use this top immediately after use. If it was safety instruction on how use carefully and easy to remove sticker then I would have been given 5/5 rating. Hope this helps to avoid such inconvenience.

If the batter is very thin, then it does not come out seamlessly (sticks). This Tawa is good for thick batter. You cannot use wooden spatula on this tawa as dosa does not come out well. I am still rating this product high because the non-stick coating is not visible, rather it is embedded. In other products, gradually the non-stick coating goes away (into food) and such cookware emits toxic gases as well, which leads to disease like cancer . Another thing is steel spatula works well on this tawa without making any scratches.

It is a fantastic product non stick coting is very fine working great now also i m using on induction all chapties ,parontha my wife make on same tawa today 2oct 2017 I m writing this review because I hv used it approx 1year and more. Go ahead and buy it a great product.Don't use knife or sharp end objects on tawa that's it.

Wrong product sendI need gas compitible but i received induction friendy not concave tawa but for who use on induction then it will very good quality product
