The product says will keep hot things hot for up to 18 hours. This is why I bought the product. I put hot water in the thermos before hand to get it pre heated , then added my hot soup. 4 hours later when I went to eat my soup it was stone cold. This was unfortunate because the size was perfect and it fit nicely into my lunch box. The company was more than happy to refund my money and apologized for the product not working as expected. So even though the product itself received two stars the company received 5 Stars.

I can be cynical of some of the products on here bc seems like with certain things on Amazon you buy brands you never have heard of based off nothing more than a picture. When I saw this one I sawBasically exactly what I wanted. That was a small thermos type cup to put soup or even coffee in with my lunch. I ordered it based off price really alone bc I never heard of the brand but it was a great price. Well don’t always believe when people say “you get what you pay for!” Bc sometime what you get is way more. This thing is solid and,Just bc I am an idiot with a lot of time on my hands, I definitely tested it. I put as much ice as I could get in it with a normal ice tray sized ice and filled it up with your typical type tap water, turned the cap pretty tight, and checked back maybe every 4 hours. Well to be honest I didn’t look for the first 24 hours at all and it still had good ice when I checked. So I did this on and on and it ran out and melted the last cube a some point during the night. It had been atleast 36 hours and and could have been as long as 42. A loooooong freaking time. Can’t gjess what you may be getting it for but it has to be keeping something cold or hot for a long time. You will like it. Just gonna have to trust me

We've used these for hot and cold and they do a good job. A perfect fun size and nice colours for the kids. I think there are two things that people need to keep in mind, particularly when it comes to hot stuff: 1) Make sure to follow the included instructions for "pre-heating" the thermos. 2) Just because it says it keeps liquids hot for 6 hours, don't expect it to actually be the same temperature as when you put it in. Pretty sure that would violate one of the laws of thermodynamics. It might indeed cool down some over that time.

Very narrow opening, so made it difficult to eat with utensils from it. Also DID NOT keep food warm as stated. Food was cold when we tried to eat it within 4 hours. I did put boiling hot water to warm up first and it still got cold.

This little thermos fits into my lunchbox very well! I don’t like taking a huge lunchbox to work every day, my purse is big enough to be lugging around. I have not used this for hot items but I have put many items to be kept cold in it and it worked great! I don’t know if I’ll use it with hot soups because I don’t eat soup very often. But I will definitely continue to use it for my cold stuff!

Does well for my daughter's lunches. Gave it 4 stars bc it doesn't keep food warm long enough. I put boiling water into the container while I hear up her lunch. After about 10 min, I jump the water and put steaming hit food into it. The food is warm but not hot come lunchtime 4 hrs later. Gets the job done and is easy to clean. Has held up well with her using a metal fork and spoon to eat the food with out of the container.Haven't tested anything cold in it yet.

I bought this for my grandaughter, she loves the color and it worked fine for her soup. I recommend follow the directions for hot items put hot water in first to heat the thermos and hold on the heat the same applies for the cold! Made well and not too large for my small ones thermos is a perfect size.

I have been using this product for about a month now and it has held up well. It still seals good and works great! The longest I've had to let my food sit was 5 hours and it was still hot. I do as instructed, warming it up prior to use and my food is usually piping hot going into the container. True to it's word, it doesn't get hot on the outside so my other foods don't end up getting the transfer of heat or moisture. Haven't had any problem using utensils in it since the mouth is wide enough, but not so much so that it affects the space it takes up. There is a lip on the inside that you have to be careful of when handwashing though. I also like that the product label is small on one side, making it perfect for customization of your choice.
