Company has made some strong claims on what the product does. Great packaging and design. Installation options are first class. I started out with clean drain line, and we are heading into the hottest part of the season in Florida. Six weeks since install and everything look fine at this point. Level in going down in the chemical bottle, so I am sure everything is working correctly. Stay informed for further reports as season move along. I have always had the clean the drain line in 24 weeks each year to keep the drain from overflowing water back into the unit. I do have 30 other people awaiting my results before ordering 1-2 units for each ones own homes.

I have purchased these units previously and, because they work so well, I ordered one for our new house. However, it somehow got lost in shipping. I contacted the company and they went above and beyond to get me a unit promptly. I wish all companies had customer service like these folks!

I bought 2 of this item, it is very easy to install and work automatically by spreading the special liquid through the AC tubes. The liquid is good for about 2 years. This save a lot of money when it comes to fixing a clogged AC tube. I am very happy and satisfied , definitely worth the money.

What can I say I had high hopes for this product, I installed it and had issues with the setup I contacted customer service Via email and they were super nice yet they would not just send a email reply, they wanted me to call them. Yet I have a bad back and neck and heart issues I could not call them on the phone and expect to get the person whom wanted me to call then magically float to the the attic to troubleshoot this device while I am on the phone. Anyways I thought I had it working and it was pumping I could tell the level of fluid changed from the mark I put on the bottle. Well here we are just over one year later my drains still get full of that nasty stuff for the last year. My health was too bad to check it again. finally I went up there because my system needed to be serviced. I found the bottle was just over half full. The battery still works when I pushed the large button the red light came on then flashed. Frustrated with my clogged up system I just dumped the remainder of the product in the drain pan to see if at least the chemical would clean the pan and line out, I have not checked yet to see if it made any difference. I still have a second bottle of this stuff if it does work I will just try to find a gravity feed dispenser. All this said Customer service was very willing to help my health prevented their attempt.

This product is amazing and worth the mone. Easy to assemble and no more leaking and spending money on fixing my air condition. I strongly recommend it and every house should have it

Every year I had to get someone to clean the line with air compressor. Have been using Seymores product "Clognever" for a year now, just finished my first bottle. Never had a clog all year. Works beautifully perfect you don't have to think about bleach or vinegar pours anymore. This does it all for you automatically for you. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. ❤Thank you Seymore! This unit worked great for the first year and 6 months. The pump motor runs now but it will not pump liquid. I sent the company an email and called and l left a message on their machine, but nobody has returned my call.They claim the battery last 5 years, but what good is that when the motor dies after a year. No customer support here!Beware buying this unit from this company.
