Build straightforward and instructions ok.

We have a lot of these little book nooks now, and this one appealed because it came with LED lights which a lot of the others don't, so this was a nice touch. It was also giving very autumnal cottage vibes, and it was a must for the collection!Firstly, everything is packaged really well and there's a set of detailed instructions and everything is included, with the exception of glue I’m not sure if this was meant to be included, but it didn’t come in our box. No biggie though we’re massively into crafts and have loads of craft glue kicking about the house and super glue (which is probably best to use here as some of the pieces are weighty).This was really complicated to put together (though your experience may be different), and took a lot of time, more than I'd like to admit, to be honest. Some of the pieces are so small and intricate that it's a little bit fiddly. These is not in anyway an easy or a straightforward build, so the people who say that either build these for a living or haven’t built it at all. The design and quality of the materials are really goodm as well, for some pieces you can stick it on with just a standard glue stick but for others you will need more of a stronger glue with a stronger adhesive (especially for the larger pieces of furniture). I also love the adorable little animals and the pumpkin it comes with, it’s pretty awesome overall!The LED lights it comes with are self-assembly (and you need batteries), this was also a faff to put together and get right, definitely a bit of an overwhelming challenge, but we got there in the end!Overall, pretty great, and a decent challenge. Don’t expect to put this together in a couple of hours, it will take a good amount of time.★★★★☆ - Good

This is a fantastic set. I was amazed by how much was in the box. All the pieces come pre-cut on lovely solid wooden panels and can be easily pushed out.They are a great quality, well-made and the attention to detail is wonderful. All are numbered and tie up with the enclosed instruction manual which is printed on semi gloss paper and easy to follow with clear pictures.Everything you need is there, including the glue, tweezers, a small emery board to smooth edges and a little set of lights. Three sheets of decals are also included plus three miniature accessories for your project which are delightful.Some of the bits are a little fiddly to put together being so small, but it's all part of the challenge and very rewarding to see the finished pieces.At the moment for me this is a work in progress, and I'm thoroughly enjoying every minute seeing the build evolve as it all comes together. This is my first book nook, and I absolutely love it.
