LUXURIA IDLY Pot & Steamer (21 IDLY) (Free:1 MINI IDLY Plate)

Outstanding product.Easy to use and clean.The bottom of the idly pot is neither so thick nor very light.But doesn't cause any burning even in high flame.The only thing is , you should watch the water quantity.Keep more buffer water & go with the timing(aprox.10-15 Minutes for idli) .Water doesn't clog in the lowest idly plate eventhough you keep more water as it is well raised from base in sufficient height.The top lid of the pot fits firmly and doesn't raise up while the steam is escaping..The steam escapes seamlessly.Each inner plates have tiny holes which makes idly much softer with even distribution of steam.Also the idlies come out without sticking in the plates(i applied oil to the plates before steaming).Much better/best compared to the prestigious brands available in market.Mini idly plate is too cute and serves its purpose well.Only thing which needs improvement is the ebonite handles in the idly plates could have better quality with smooth finishing.I used the steamer and mini idly plate for idiyappam too..it steamed uniformly.Go for it ,you Won't get disappointed!!

Quality of the steel is good enough I would say and the steaming pot is sufficiently heavy ...the idli plates are good but the mini idli plate is not very strudy and it doesn't sit very well in the steamer. Needs a little adjustment. I wish the price could be a little less coz it feels overpriced to me compared to other counter parts like Amazon brand solimo and others .

The metal part of the handle had come off. Seller had promptly replaced the item after i placed a replacement request on Amazon.It's a good quality item. Perfect for a family of 4 or more.Tips for making good idly in it:1. Bring the water to boil in the pot before pouring idly maavu into the plates. This allows the idly to get cooked on less than 10 mins.2. After idly is cooked leave the plates out for 10 mins before removing the idly. Also pour a few drops of water on the idly before removing. This will help to remove the idly without leaving any residue.

Product is good for nuclear family. Light weight so have to handle with care. Make sure to use required amount of water else bottom gets burn easily. Have to be conscious while using salt water, it's not a rust free product. Plates has minute holes, so can be used without clothes. I used this pot several times, idly came very well if we applied little oil on the plates

The bottom of the vessel colour changed to brown after using 3 to4 times...it is light weighted. But idli comes very well.It is difficult place the mini idli plate along with normal idli plates as it is not fitting properly

After viewed the reviews of Amazon I brought this product really it was terrific,superb product the bottom and the cap was very thick and good qualityComparing to this the plates was not satisfied otherwise I can't find any crack or line on the body surface don't miss it go for it 😀😀😀😀😀😀Edit: after few weeks of usage I can't able to take idlis very easily it was stick to the plates and one more it is not rust proof around the backlite handle getting rust

The product is really good and user friendly ..I ordered it for my mom it has three ldli plates,one mini idli plate and a steamer.The steel it made of is worth the money.The packaging was also good.
