I find that it really helps, particularly with my neck and upper back muscles which are a bit sore at the moment. An application gives, for a while, at least a wonderful cooling sensation. I always make sure I have some in for my bad back. My neighbour told me about it because he is a central heating engineer and occasionally strains his back.
