Problem in refund
मुझे high school edition खरीदना था। पर गलती से primary edition मंगा लिया। बाद में मैंने high school edition मंगवा लिया और primary edition वापस कर दिया। primary edition मेरे घर से 24 सितंबर 2023 को collect कर लिया गया है। पर आज दिनांक 02/11/2023 को एक महीना और दस दिन का वक्त बीतने के बावजूद मुझे मेरा पैसा refund नहीं किया गया है। Amazon ने ऐसी कोई सुविधा नहीं दी हुई है जहाँ इस सम्बंध में शिकायत/बात की जा सके!मेरा निवेदन है कि मुझे मेरा refund जल्दी से जल्दी जारी किया जाये।
