3 Gallon Water Distiller Copper Pot Moonshine Still Boiler Home Brew Kit

it is way nicer than I expected, works great

Finally got around to trying to use this after having it for two weeks, wanted to distil water for a first run after scrubbing what looked like industrial grease out of the inside, everything was greasy, inside, outside, the rubber hoses that came with it (bought new food grade silicone hoses because the ones supplied were disgusting, although I cleaned them also), filled it with about two gallons of tap water, connected the condenser, filled it with cold water and ice packs, everything was ready to go, and I head water sputtering on my stovetop, I look closer thinking maybe I over poured some water filling it, nope, it was leaking from a out 1/4 inch gap where whomever assembled this thing decided to stop welding. I'm not sure I believe this is all copper either, I have some other copper items (old school coffee pot, a couple of decanters), all pure copper, this things doesn't feel like they do, it feels flimsy, but having a hole in your pot is worse than just being flimsy.

All good but I wish the packaging can be a bit better. There were a lot of broken styrofoam and lots of tiny tiny pieces every where. The edges of copper could be a be more smooth as it’s a bit sharp for touch. Overall it’s a very simple cooper distiller and for the price, it’s pretty good.

I received my still today and tested it by distilling some water my condenser has leaks, my arm doesn't fit as shown in the picture but other tha2 that I think it's ok 2 have!

Leaking at the bottom before and during vinegar/water run..... Tried to use silicone to stop leak but definitely don't feel like it's safe to use around propane burner.

Wife loves it. Just remember to verify your state laws.
