Gives a calm, comfy and cozy atmosphere to sit and have a nice long conversation over coffee......I love borders, they finish the room. I ran the border in the kitchen and dining area in less than 4 hours.

I love this boarder. I bought it to cover another boarder that was hideous. I was trying to match the wall paper, tan with red and blue pin stripes (so as not to spend a lot of money in this bedroom, yet make it what I would like). This really made all the difference. We replaced the carpet also. I feel like I have a new bedroom. It was our contractor that suggested just covering the boarder with a new one. I probably wouldn't have thought of that easy fix. So worth it!!

It really adds class to my walls. If your walls are textured though, be prepared to use wallpaper paste...other than that...beautiful and great .
