Seems to work.
There is no practical way to validate the readings but they are consistent. So in that regard they appear to be reliable. It is easy to use and read.

Doesn't work
The only thing this will read moisture on is my hand. Any wood surface it just reads zero. I even took it to home depot to test on the wettest wood I could find and still zero.

Not accurate imho
So I purchased this meter to test several items throughout my house and I found it not to be accurate. I had damp studs and it wouldn't detect the moisture. Everytime when I put it down on concrete it would show it to be wet when not and it would detect my finger as wet instead of a damp item.

Item as cheaply made it does not work very well
Have to screenshots off and the other half the time you can’t adjust The settings to tell the machine what you’re checking the moisture on. It looks cool but it works pretty poorly I would not recommend purchasing it
