Cuckoo Clock moveable kissing Couple, turning mill-wheel HO 638T

I ordered this clock for a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately the other 2 clocks I purchased from Cuckoo Palace place were broke when it was delivered so I found this one from Germany and ordered it. It came packed so well and nothing was broke. I am a very picky when it comes to purchasing products that I can't see with my own eyes first. I carefully read the reviews (good & bad) on this cuckoo clock & decided to make the purchase. It was for my wife's birthday. Most all of the (few) bad reviews were about small pieces being broke during shipping. Mine came very quickly & in excellent shape. I was totally amazed at the quality of the workmanship of this clock, all the way down to the finest of detail! A lot of this type of cuckoo clocks go for several thousands of dollars so this one was a bargain for the price. We are absolutely in love with it!!!

I fell in love with this clock 20 years ago and my husband surprised me with it this year for my birthday. The clock is beautiful and heavy. Love the craftsmanship and all the beautiful little details. Now I just want to collect them all!

Clock is beautiful, but company’s customer service sucks. Problem during first time I reset clock and they were absolutely no help. There should be a video on how to do this as such an expensive item. I purchased the warranty, but can’t make any headway to activate it or explain issue. I will have to resort to go to a repair shop here and pay on my own. This also was a Christmas present and just got put up yesterday. Buyer beware!

I love this clock, it is beautiful. It works perfectly. Everything moves as it should and the music it plays is so pretty. I love this clock it is exactly as advertised.
