Useless
I bought this thinking it was the JML Finishing Touch Flawless but it is a copy. I don't know what the JML version is like but this is useless. You have to go over the area several times to remove the hair and then it leaves stubble (not very nice if you're using it on your lip like I was). You get better results from a razor or tweezers!

Easy to use. I did struggle to get the battery cover off. You have to twist it a bit
Arrived really quickly. I used it straight away on my upper lip and that fuzzy hair near my ears. No discomfort. Worked great. I am really pleased with it

Probé primero con el bigote por si acaso y mal, el efecto es como si fuera una cuchilla de afeitar, a los dos días ya me notaba que salía de nuevo los pelos y duros, no como la cera que tardan más en salir porque te los quita de raiz
