This is a terrible unit. We had 3 of them and 2 I sent back because either it didn't brew correctly, water stop coming out and various other quirky things (hot water spout didn't work). Tech support by chat is all and every time they say they'll get back to you in 24-72 hours. If you're lucky enough and get an email and a name they'll stay with you but are powerless to resolve issues. If you try and submit a case online they want you to submit pics and videos in a non standard format. They may have other products that are good but this one is a definite BUYER BEWARE!. Our third unit just quit working after less than a month and it actually overfilled the coffee pot and made a huge mess on the floor and everywhere....after that it makes a grinding noise but won't make coffee. What a shocker :(

This was a great thought for our breakroom for 50, but the coffee maker would not stop. It kept filling the pot overflowing on the floor. Guessing it was defective. Had to send it back.

This unit stopped working after about a week of use in a business that makes a tree pots of coffee everyday but no where near the amount a restaurant would or a busy office break room. Maybe five pots a day average. After a week it started to get louder and louder when brewing. Then it started to make half pots. I tried to deal with the seller to get help, they were very difficult to contact and communicate with. After a couple of weeks of trying to get this product repaired, I was able to have Amazon refund me for this item. Makes me very Leary to buy from this manufacturer again.

I unboxed and returned this. It was purchased as an alternative to a commercial coffee maker, but the water hook up is 3/4 inch hose pipe on one side (into the machine) and some kind of faucet adapter on the other. As if it's used to hook up to a kitchen sink. My supply line is the same as a fridge ice maker, so coming up with a connection from 1/4" supply to 3/4" would require a number of fittings to rig it to work. I boxed it, returned it at the company expense, and was credited that day. So although I can't really rate the machine, I rate the company and service 5 star.

Bought this coffee maker as a replacement. Very easy to use and clean. The design and size are exactly what we needed to fit under the cabinet. Keeps several pots of coffee hot at one time. We bought a cheaper model but within 30 days returned it due to several issues. This brand brews a great pot of coffee and is a good value for the money.
