very nice and sturdy. Putting it together took 3 of us and several days. Some parts can get very frustrating, but that's when we needed breaks. The instructions were sometimes confusing. But we love the end product.

I have a new built and my backyard is very bare. After getting my backyard landscaping done, I needed a gazebo for some shade and an area to relax under. Researching for a gazebo was no easy task as there are ample options out there. I didn’t want to spend thousands on a gazebo but wanted something decent. A fabric one would not cut it since it is too flimsy. I finally decided on this metal once since the price point is right. My son and husband installed the gazebo. It took a little longer than expected since we had to figure out where to put it and needed to drill the gazebo in the cement. But the instructions were straightforward and not confusing to follow. I like the fact that this gazebo has a metal top but it is lightweight. It was easy to move around after installation, although it requires one man at every post. The gazebo does a great job at giving me a shaded spot to rest. It also has two sets of curtains that can cover the entire gazebo. One set is a net curtain so the breeze can pass through. This is great for when I need a breeze on a hot day. The other set of curtain completely blocks out the sun and heat, which is great for the summer months when it gets too hot. I also added a set of string lights, which makes the gazebo so beautiful at night. Because the middle part is metal, I was able to hang a fan as well for additional breeze. So far, this gazebo is a great addition to my back yard. It would have been nice if I had a pool too, but it still looks amazing and I’ve put it to good use. Can’t wait to bbq and hang out under the shade more often during the spring months.

I am very disappointed with both the product and the overall customer service experience. When we received the roof, we immediately noticed that the holes were drilled in the wrong locations, forcing us to create our own holes just to assemble it. As a result, the structure is now no longer waterproof, which completely undermines one of its key features. When we attempted to hang the curtains, we found that they were not properly sized, the string on one side is significantly shorter than the other, making it impossible to tie them securely. Because of this, the curtains constantly flap around in the wind and do not stay in place, which is both inconvenient and unsightly. Additionally, we paid extra for Edison lights, but the frame provided has no proper structure or hooks to hang them, meaning the product we received does not match what was advertised. This was a major selling point for us, and the lack of support for the lights was extremely disappointing. Despite all of these issues, and the time and effort we’ve invested to make the product work, the company only offered a $60 reimbursement, which is entirely inadequate given the extent of the problems. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The product does not meet expectations, and the resolution offered does not reflect the inconvenience and defective nature of what was delivered.

Great gazebo, stylish and sturdy! This gazebo looks absolutely beautiful and adds a very elegant touch to our backyard. The frame feels solid and stable, and the curtains provide great shade and privacy. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear and manageable. It holds up well in the sun and light wind. Overall, very happy with the quality and design. Definitely worth the purchase!

Excellent product all packages arrived at same time no damages very well. Packed assembly was straightforward. Two people two days. Instructions were adequate mostly pictures. Very little explanation. If you are mechanically inclined no issues. Hardware with high-quality all bolts and nuts lined up in holes easily would definitely purchase again.
