Perfect little white wine vinegar

This Chardonnay vinegar is the best for light and lovely salad dressings, especially for salad which include fruit. Paired with some walnut oil, it makes for the best strawberry spinach salad finisher. Flavor has some depth and surprises you won't get with just a plain white wine vinegar.
