自分は扁平足で幅広なのと、クッションの厚さを考慮して、 普段の靴のサイズにプラス0.5cmで購入させて頂きました。 内側のクッション生地は足首までしっかりホールドされてフィット感は抜群です！ 重さも全然気にならない重さだとおもいます。 また、靴紐の長さも少し短めで引っかかったりすることはないかと思います。
