This works!! It works incrediiiiiiiiiibly well. I was really blown away. I have a soy allergy and am estrogen dominant, and was hoping that because it was a soy derivative, it wouldn’t result in a reaction. However I did have one and had to return. Wish I could keep taking it.

A little pricey, but worth it. 1 or 2 pills before bed puts me to sleep for 8 hours!

This product contains soy. It doesn't disclose this on the bottle which they show to show contents. That is a fact that should be disclosed. Very disappointing from a company that typically gets high ratings. And this of course you return the product. Pure Encapsulation just lost a customer. Look for options and companies that offer full disclosure on the bottle.
