Great stand for heavy E-bikes!
I have a Fuji Crosstown 3.0 commuter bike that was a rather heavy bike to start with and after converting it to being an E-bike it weighs about 69 lbs with the battery on it so other repair stands were useless because I couldn't even mount the bike without the battery to do maintenance. In fact I had an older Park tool stand I used when the bike was just a regular bike and it failed while I was doing the e-bike conversion so I've been looking for a stand since. This stand is very stable and supports the weight of the bike and even allows me to have flexibility with how I mount the bike that my old Park Tools stand didn't. The swivel head and the mounting clamp are easy to use and seem to hold very well. I will say since I have such a heavy bike it does require you to be careful when mounting and changing positions but it's just common sense that if you can't lift your bike high enough to place it in the stand you shouldn't be trying to do it. I will also say after reading some of the other reviews I was concerned about how it would arrive because people mentioned not being able to assemble it or damaged areas when the clamping head mounts and when I opened the box first thing I noticed was it is a completely assembled unit and only the tool tray needs to be mounted. I think it took more time to get used to how I would handle mounting the bike and tightening the clamps. I think it's a great stand especially if you have a heavier bike and it's a superb value compared to all the other stands available at higher prices mainly because most of the expensive stands don't support more than 55 lbs since they are designed to be for typical standard bikes.

Excellent Build Quality. Easy to use. Easy to store.
Went down the rabbit hole on bike stands. Needed one to get my started in biking. At this price point vs the big brands, this is a no brainer for do at home maintenance and repairs. Highlights: Comes assembles! Lightweight! - One hand pickup Easy to Use and get bike into best position Easy to store in shed when not using Great product, happy with my purchase.

Exceeded my expectations
My bike hand cycle pro repair stand arrived today. The free standard shipping was relatively fast, I received the stand in 5 days from when I ordered it. When I saw it on my step I was initially concerned as the box had 2 tears about 2 inches apart across the entire width of it. Upon opening the box I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged or missing. The stand and the instructions come in a very thick sealed plastic bag completely assembled and the tool tray comes wrapped in a separate thick bag. After examining the stand I set it up. This took less than 1 minute. I was very impressed with the fit of all the components on the unit and the finish. All of the aluminum rails and poles appear to be anodized with a gold color, the connectors and slides fit well. It was very easy to adjust the tension on the quick release levers to prevent them from sliding. Also the movement was very smooth when extending the legs down and extending the height adjustment pole. The main aluminum pole and the height adjustment pole both appeared to have a very light coating of lubricant to facilitate smooth operation as they slide in and out. The other thing that impressed me besides the fit and finish was how sturdy this stand was when set up. The stand has some weight to it and the quick release levers hold everything securely locked. It felt rock solid. I then threw up my Diamondback Overdrive mountain bike that weights approximately 32 lbs. on it. Initially I thought I was going to have to clamp it by the seat post due to the fact that the top tube on my bike is more square than round however I placed it in the clamp and locked it down and it did not budge. Another nice feature of this stand is how the main arm has a locking lever in addition to the quick release lever that must be engaged to either fold it down for storage or extend it out to hang a bike on it. Finally I like how compact the stand folds up when not in use, 39 inches long and approximately 8 inch by 10 inch at the widest point up by the arm. Overall I am giving this stand 5 stars due to its sound construction, appearance and rigidity when set up. I would recommend this stand to anyone looking for a good stand at a reasonable price and I would buy this stand again in a minute.

Great, useful design, but long-term durability of some plastic parts is concerning.
I got this to replace an old Park Tool PCS-9 stand. The current version of the PCS-9 costs over twice as much as this stand. This stand is at least 50% better than my old stand (even when new). This stand folds up to be pretty compact and is very light. It is working fine for my occasional use. I knocked off one star because of the plastic construction around the swivel point (to adjust and lock the bike's angle). This portion of the stand works well, but I would have liked to see it made of metal for durability. The interlocking teeth are under some torque in my application because one of my bikes can't be held by the top-tube due to the shock location. I can only grab it by the seat tube and this puts the bike off balance and a lot of twisting stress on the plastic interlocking teeth that hold the bike level. Even this limitation is better than my old Park Tool stand, which relied solely on friction to keep the bike level. I really like the folding mechanism, and the included tool/parts holder is great to have at no additional cost.

Stable and durable. No tools required to set up.

In the past I have chosen bargain basement work stands that are functional but are dangerous and don't last long due to poor build quality. My own fault of course. Straight out of the box, no mucking around with this work stand. Was set up in two minutes and had a 25kg DH ebike suspended from it. Clamps are easy to use and the bike felt secure hanging there by the top tube. I feel confident in it as a work tool. Recommend this for quality build at a good price point.
