It gets some time to get used to it, seems good, but hard to wear it all day long and after a big meal definitively need to take it out. Did help a lot with my posture.

Perfect for Ventral Hernia/covering an extra 40 pounds =-D
I love this item. It fits perfectly, is super comfortable, holds my hernia in plus hides all my extra weight. Thanks!!!! The only downside is that I've ordered 4. Out of the 4 I've ordered, the last 2 came in with different sizes so one is too large and one too small.

It has clips like a girdle
When ordered i thought it was just a zipper. I didn't read anything about the 6 clips (just like the ones on bra straps). Those clips bite into your skin. The shirt does compress well...but is uncomfortable. I ordered 5 and I am sending back and ordering something else.
