The item is very effective.
I have got very good results with this product. You have to boil some 50gms in about 2lts water in low flame for about an hour till the water becomes one third. Take 50ml every morning in empty stomach. My angina is now controlled and can walk about a km without chest heaviness. I recommend this product.

It's not chaal but wood which is waste
The product name says, it's Arjun's chaal but it's the actual wood and not chaal. And we don't use wood.also wood is heavy so a small packet is enough else a real chaal will take more volume for 1kg.Don't get misguided by this product name just to look authentic.
