Excellent quality and very heavy Kadhai

I am writing this review after 18 months of usage. This Kadai is a worthy purchase considering that it stays for many years. Cooking will be good for a small family of 2-4. Product is sturdy, heavy and has some non stick properties to a certain extent. Even if there is sticky food, it can be cleaned with no much difficulty. Heat distribution and retention is good. Always remember to keep the flame in low to medium range. Only drawback is the bulky handle rivets which are protruding inside the cooking surface. This is a slight inconvenience while sauteing. This is the case with all similar brands. I would suggest Vinod to consider making smaller rivets or rivetless welding or even flat rivets which are embedded into fixing grooves. Also another mild inconvenience is that the handle becomes hot upon extended use. Overall it is a good product.

Easy to clean, excellent built finish, quality material. Be careful to overcook bz temperature holding high for hours.

Very good quality product. Materials used for making this product are also awesome. But in two places the distortion is located but it is not crucial for use of this product. Otherwise very good.

Go with any triply brand don’t spent more money on branding like vinod because if you try to make dry sabji in this kadai sure it’ll stick on bottom surely no issue with gravy sabji before vinod I bought non brand local product in below half price than Vinod it’s working very very well so be smart go with any other triply brand if you’ll get any kadai in lowest price than Vinod I think bergner or Hawkins are also very good choice
