The bag itself seems well made and it has a nice carrying strap. The straps used to attach it to my bike were a little short, the company listened to my issue and said they will extend the length of the straps for future bags. The company personnel were very nice, they issued me a full refund and let me keep the bag so I didn't incur shipping expenses to return it.

I just received this and I think the bag itself is great, but the straps to secure it to my bike rack are ridiculously short so it's basically useless for me. I'm sending it back. :(

This bag will hold your stuff, but it's cheap. It's soft. The side walls are only fabric, so they collapse. I sold it and got a Trek bag instead.

I am a recreational bike rider and was looking for a bike bag that would fit comfortably on the rear rack of my bike. This bag fits the need perfectly and I am pleased with its construction and portability. The zippers and attaching Velcro straps work well and I am able to put several small items like a camera, a book or magazine and a shirt, as well as a small pouch containing personal items. I am very pleased with the product and its affordability. The only negative criticism I would make is that it took a long time to receive, but it was worth the wait.

A little big for my wife's touring bike, but it worked. Issue with having only two velcro straps that secured bag to rear rack. The bag is not stiff and it flops back and forth as you ride. It also moves around even with straps as tight as they will go.

We really like these for our excursions to the camp store when camping since our bikes are what we use to get around when staying in the campground. Perfect for carrying back souvenirs and the things we forgot to pack and ended up having to buy. Very nice bags. They look great in the bikes too.

I like all the pockets and that it had reflective piping giving extra visibility. It is very floppy, floppy for lack of a better word. It falls to the side, even when empty. I’ve had to add a bungee. Often my foot hits it as I ride. You can take it off and use it as a bag, I don’t need that but people may like that.

Over all, I am very happy with this product. It is a perfect fit for my bike and even matches it very well. I had no problem hooking it up... took me a couple minutes, that's it. Very impressed with the quality as well!
