How are these shipped? Are they fine to be not refrigerated while shipping until package is delivered?

They are packaged in liquid inside plastic bags.. The noodles do not require refrigeration. The liquid smells bad and must discarded and noodles rinsed well before eating.

The total gross weight for each bag is around 330g. The noodle weight is 200g and the liquid is around 130g.
