You're gonna love this thing.
I used a Pit Barrel for years, but as I got older it was too hard to move around and bend over to get the charcoal. I compromised with a pellet smoker, but I noticed that I slowly quit cooking as much. Just no joy in it. One day my wife asked me why the pork loin had no smoke ring. That was it. We started looking for a barrel smoker. I could physically handle. The Bronco is awesome! Delivery and set up were smooth, well worth the price. The swing out coal drawer is great and easy to use. It wheels round easily and has a number of thoughtfully provided hooks for utensils. Grilled some great burgers, smoked a ham and two turkey breasts, then topped it off with a wonderful prime rib. All I can say is the smoke ring is back! I love that I can hang stuff like the Pit Barrel or I can use the grill grates. Also, the adjustment for grilling works perfectly, gets the fire closer to the meat than the Pit Barrel did, and I don't have to stand on my head. The air flow controls proved good temp maintenance. Maybe best, I don't have to depend on junky electronics, pellets that look like rabbit poop, and believe in a fire I can't see. It feels like a real BBQ. I love it!

Great buy
I have been using the pellet smokers for the past few years and have had 2 different augers go out. I was looking for something that didn’t have any mechanical parts but still did a good job smoking meat. I did a lot of research and decided to give the Oklahoma Joe barrel smoker a try. I’m glad I did. I brought it right before Thanksgiving. It arrived on time and was fairly easy to assemble. I had never used a charcoal smoker so naturally I decided the first thing I should try was a 22 pound turkey. After a few adjustments of the vents I found the right combination to keep the temperature steady at 225. It turned out great and everyone really enjoyed the smoked taste. I have since smoked 2 hams and a brisket which also turned out great. I is also easy to switch it to a grill and I have done chicken and steak on there as well. Am really pleased with this product.

Great grill/smoker. I have had this for a while now and have cooked a many of things on it from smoking a butt to grilling hamburgers it has done an exceptional job.

A smoker you need!!
This smoker is everything my family wanted! Cooks everything to perfection, easy to clean, it’s looks good and easy to cover! Such good quality, we got rid of another smoker for this one and it was best decision!

As good as my green egg.
Easy assembly and seems to rival my well used green egg for efficiency. Love that you can refill the charcoal with the access door.

Great smoker! One upgrade.
Highly recommend , 4 stars because I had to create a way to keep the door in place while smoking. The door slides down out of place. Easy fix worth the investment. Made like a tank!

Anybody want to buy a slightly used offset?
,,;All you need to know is you get 85 percent of the taste an offset can provide with 15 percent of the effort. Simple temp control. Plenty of space for a smallish brisket or a couple pork butts. With the hooks you could hang about 6 racks cut in half. Move the basket up onto the diffusion plate for grilling and searing as well. Just a really well made versatile device. Now I have to resist the eventual pro version.....

Espectacular, desde que lo tengo solo quiero hacer todas mis carnes hay , mantiene la temperatura por horas y sobretodo estable , un ahumado parejo , ahorro de carbón con solo un poco tienes varias horas excelente para asados largos y conseguir una terminación perfecta entre jugosa y suave si no lo tienes y estabas dudando como yo en comprarlo hazlo , los materiales son excelentes y el ensamblaje nada complicado
