TRON is an awesome movie. I've seen this movie before in SD movie channels. But watching HD version in bluray is just mind blowing.Audio and Video quality 5 stars.I again and again watching the "light cycle" and "light jet" battle sequences, Becuase of "Music and VFX" are too good in my home theater.

Seller shipped before the expected delivery date.Wonderful movie with excellent graphics. 3D is very good in some scenes.3D blu-ray has English DTS-HDMA & other language audio, not in Hindi. But DVD has Hindi audio also. Cant get these specs mentioned in the website product specification.Overall am happy about this purchase!!!

watch it in 3d, it is visually stunning. I waited until i was at my parents' house (they have a 3d tv) to watch it. Also, i love daft punk and they've done a great job on the soundtrack. The movie is highly entertaining and quite an audiovisual treat. A deep story that makes you think as well.

A visual and audio treat is what you get. I cant believe how well the Daft Punk score highlights the visual candy. Best 3D after the Avatar. Don't except much in the way of a story or stellar screen performance.

Amazon delivered on time. Movie is visually appealing and 3d is excellent but not much else to say.

I am a great fan of sci-fi movies, so there was no chance i am going to miss this one. The blu ray transfer is fantastic and the video is great and an even more immersive 7.1ch audio track. must buy for any sci-fi / blu ray fan.

What more to say than to make mention that this refurbished version holds true to the original and manages to shine in parts, CGI is class leading and will remain a most aspired collection of any Sci-Fi enthusiast.

Pretty much a reboot of the original story with a bit of father/son angst thrown in. More than a passing plagiaristic nod to Star Wars too. An enjoyable outing, but if you've seen the original, this has little to offer in terms of plot

Der 2010 unter der Regie von Joseph Kosinski erschienene Sci-Fi-Film Tron: Legacy ist - logisch - die Fortsetzung von Tron aus dem Jahr 1982. Es geht um Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund) und seinen Vater Kevin (Jeff Bridges), der im Jahr 1989 - 20 Jahre vor den Ereignissen in Tron: Legacy - spurlos verschwunden ist. Durch einen Zufall gerät Sam in die von seinem Vater geschaffene digitale Welt, wo er zunächst dazu verdonnert wird, an futuristischen Gladiatorenwettkämpfen teilzunehmen. In dem Rahmen trifft er auch auf Clu (ebenfalls Jeff Brindges), den digitalen Doppelgänger von Kevin, der die künstliche Welt namens "Raster" beherrscht. Bald darauf findet Sam seinen Vater, und zusammen mit Quorra (Olivia Wilde) wollen sie Clu, der einen fiesen Plan geschmiedet hat, aufhalten. Das erweist sich natürlich als gar nicht so einfach.Tron war Anfang der 80er sicherlich innovativ, da der Film eine digital erschaffene Welt thematisierte und als einer der ersten Filme überhaupt Sequenzen hatte, die am Computer entstanden sind. Heute wirkt das natürlich geradezu prähistorisch, doch damals war's halt ein Novum (auch wenn ich nicht "mit dabei" war, dafür bin ich nicht alt genug). Da konnte man auch darüber hinwegsehen, dass weder die Story noch die schauspielerischen Leistungen wirklich gut waren - und selbst heute funktioniert Tron auf eine nostalgisch-trashig-charmante Weise noch irgendwie.Bei Tron: Legacy wurde versucht, das ganze Brimborium von damals ist Jahr 2010 zu verfrachten, einen zum Teil digital verjüngten Jeff Bridges eingeschlossen. Funktioniert hat das aber nicht so wirklich. CGI war 2010 schon längst zum Standard geworden, so dass man eher beeindruckt ist, wenn man irgendwo in einem Film noch "handgemachte" Effekte (wie zum Beispiel in Mad Max: Fury Road) sieht. Am Ende bleibt deshalb nur eine dünne Story mit zugegebenermaßen schicken und "stylischen", aber eben auch nicht wirklich beeindruckenden Bildern - da kann die Produktion (170 Millionen Dollar) noch so teuer gewesen sein. Halbwegs passable Unterhaltung bietet Tron: Legacy dann aber doch, so dass ich wackelige drei Sterne für angebracht halte - zumindest, wenn ich gedanklich das furchtbar kitschige Ende ausklammere. An Bild und Ton der Blu-ray gibt's hingegen nichts zu meckern, da passt alles.

Seguito bellissimo di un film originalissimo che ha segnato l’infanzia di quelli della mia generazione (anni 70/80), ne segue gli spunti e la storia dei personaggi che lo hanno reso famoso, non lasciando niente al caso e sfruttando, come ogni remake/seguito degno di questo nome dovrebbe fare, la tecnologia attuale nel miglior modo possibile!!!

Quanto ho amato questo film. Lo guardo e lo riguardo spesso. Il prodotto in Blue-Ray si dimostra tale (ottima grafica e audio). È come aver comprato un DVD dei soliti (nessun problema). L’unica pecca è forse il costo, tuttavia giusto/normale visto il commercio online di film che nei negozi fisici ormai è difficile trovare.
