Stability
I have Parkinson's Disease with balance issues. the AquaJogger allows me to work out and swim in our pool because it takes care of my balancing issues beautifully.

Great women's tailoring on this buoyancy belt
I work out at the YMCA Water Aerobics and Deep Water Exercise classes 5 days a week and wanted my own bouyancy belt. I am 5'4" 145lbs.and this belt works great. It keeps me buoyant with my neck above water and shoulders just partially submerged. Super comfortable and the womans fit doesn't dig into my rib cage. The taller back is comfortable as well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great for smaller builds
I started water jogging and found that the average sized swim belts were too big and rode up uncomfortably after only a few minutes. Also, I was too buoyant in the water. I wish the color were a little more muted but that is the only negative.

Buoyant enough for a man, but made for a woman.
I didn't realize how much the standard sized Aqua Jogger swallowed me until I bought this women's version. I started pool running a month ago due to an injury and I regularly borrowed the YMCA's Aqua Jogger, but it felt roomy and kept riding up even though I cinched it as tight as it would go. I am 5'4", 125 lbs, and this Aqua Jogger can be tightened enough that it stays put. I also bought a waterproof iPod on Amazon last year and the music helps stave off the boredom that accompanies running in a pool for 45 minutes. It's expensive considering it's molded foam, which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it was worth the money to have a jogger that fits snugly.

Best thing ever ā for Pain!
I LOVE this belt! I live with chronic hip pain and yet, I can put this on a jog around the pool for almost an hour ā absolutely pain free!! This so so good for my cardio, strength and is helping me get ready for my total hip replacement. Iām sure it will help with recovery too. Thank you for this great product.

Same shape as the Active belt - NOT specially shaped for women!
So disappointed! I bought this (more expensive) belt because it is described as "Tapered sides allow for a better fit for narrow waists.". But when I placed it up against my AquaJogger Active belt, they're the same shape! Even contacted the manufacturer who said the arms are the same! It's just a more expensive belt. Oh, the mfr. did say the foam is different than the Active - but how does that help with the arms cutting into my torso? The belt is supposed to be different from the Active as well, but both of the AquaJoggers I bought have the same stretchy belt.

Just like running only no weight bearing, and more!
This is my new exercise tool. For "running" in the pool. You can run a marathon and you're not even sweaty.I ran for about 15 years, then back injury. So I hiked, vigorously. Ankle is very iffy. So now I exercise in the pool. As injured Thoroughbreds and elite athletes of many sports do.This item has been around for years (used one a decade ago, got better and got rid of it). Basic, well made, does the job, and you can wear it upside down or backside front, so versatile. Rinse it off when you're done. It's better for your feet than running on the pool bottom, although it does look pretty weird. But they'll stop laughing when I win the Kentucky Derby.

Great product for Aqua Exercising
I had forgotten how much I enjoyed jogging, cross country skiing, doing knew crunches, etc., in the water. I first used this product after back surgery years ago and now I have knee issues I am back to utilizing it. It keeps me stable in the water. I weigh 142 lbs. and find my upper shoulders and head are out of the water. This model comes with the elastic belt which I believe is crucial for tightening vs. the other models that have a web belt. Use it with confidence and enjoy!
