Amazing supplements. I've been looking for ways for me to sleep easier and this is it. Magnesium glycinate keeps you relaxed at night and knowing that Sports Research fish oil pills are top tier. I felt obligated to try these out. Magnesium from Natures Made form of Magnesium isn't the best, it's not in the format that is easily absorbable so you want to get Glycinate. So far I'm almost done with this bottle.
