The item was probably returned by someone before. Very disappointed with the product. If I had known that it was from China I would have thought twice before ordering it. Will return the product.

Wood is not of good quality! Is badly painted , thin, therefore it arrived broken in the edges

This is an awesome product. Great for breakfast plates. I even used it to fry an omelette, but don't over fill it. Cook it half way and pop in a toaster oven to finish. I use a mini 6 1/2 inch Lodge skillet for frozen potatoes for a fast cook and clean minimalist feel. I Tried it on a trangia burner and is fried an egg perfectly with a little olive oil. a Little heavy for Ultra Lite camping but is well worth the weight and can be used with powdered eggs and the new pre cooked bacon for an outstanding Appalachian trail treat.

I use these to make a flaming cheese-saganaki. They are nicely made and nice looking. Easy to clean, too.

Works great in our countertop toaster oven to reheat and cook. It doesn’t warp, heats evenly and is easy to clean. Keeping it seasoned is just like you would with a cast iron pan takes a little bit of time, but the pans works great.
