HESLEY HSK1 Digital Kitchen Scale 5kgs with Stainless Steel Platform

Having seen or used some of the kitchen scales at my friends' places, I zeroed in on Hesley Kitchen Scale on reading the number of positive reviews. It does not disappoint. I bought it for my personal use in my kitchen being a dilettantish chef. Initially took some time understanding the timing of measurement readings. You have to put the item to be measured on the scale and wait for at least 2 seconds for the scale to measure it. Once you are used to its function and it works like a charm. The readings are accurate upto 2 grams, because that's the lowest I got. It is light and looks classy. One of the best kitchen scales available in the market.

The product overall feels very light and kind of flimsy and delicate but that is not true because the build quality is really good and doesnt look cheap. The LCD display is quite bright in black background which is very good in terms of legibility. Its got touch buttons which are great too as it registers touch commands without a miss. The sensitivity of the machine is very high and requires a solid and hard surface to place it on otherwise itll show wrong or inaccurate measurements. Its so sensitive that when u pick up the item in your hand it even shows readings in negative values. In all its a very usable product and great for measuring kitchen items or food etc and it needs care while usage or you will get wrong measurements.

Okay so first of all I've to praise the packaging it was super secure and as new, totally scratchless and undamaged. As I've uploaded a picture and you can see that eno packet has 5g printed on its back and it weighed exactly the same weight. Means values as low as 5g are accurate. Though the size is pretty small but that's not and issue a bowl for the tare function will sit on it easily and yes the tare function is really helpful too it removes the weight of the bowl and shows the weight of the object in it, there can be a gram or two difference in weighing that too really rare and all over it's really awesome for weighing solid and liquid product. Loved the product, so just go for it and remember to be delicate and cautious in it's handling.

Horrible horrible horrible machine. I am so disappointed. I am in the meal nosiness and this machine was priced 3 tines more than the knee I had been taking. However it's such a bad decision. I am going to blhave to rebuy the older one again. A thousand times better than this ridiculously expensive German made crap that they claim. I I am so upset. This machine stopped working in the 2nd week itself despite me adding additional new batteries. The first time it went off I thought it could be the batteries but to my surprise I have done so and it's conked off again. Please don't buy this product. I am ersonally going to shoot a mail to amazon stating why are they even adding up such products that are worse than a China make. Utterly disappointed !k

Seems like a good product ,though I have not used it now.But one thing the scale does not show the "ml" unit as descirbed/ shown in the packet.More over though the packet though was not in good condition, was seal by ordinary seal tape(instead of the .. so some doubt is there regarding the ORGINALITY of the Product.

Just now got the product. It's good and in proper working condition as of now. It's easy to use and light weight too. The display is also good. The backlight also stays for some time. It doesn't gets off immediately. So it is easy to use.I had purchased some other product and was unhappy with the performance. Returned and got this. I am happy with this product.Over all I liked it. 5 star as of now.

Looks good. Light and easy to handle. Other than a 1 to 2 gram fluctuation the scale is a lovely. I've tried it on lot of light weight ingredients - less than 15 gms - and was happy with the results! Especially when I weighed two items that had a total weight of 13gms and removed the 10gm item it showed me a correct 3gms. Very happy with the results!

Product seems good, easy to use and compact. The accuracy drops under 5grams (=/-) 5 grams accuracy I would say. I wish it could measure smaller weights also (under 5kgs). However it looks Ok for an average consumer to verify weights of kitchen items, groceries and food under 5 gms.
