I initiated the return for the faulty item i get 5 days ago but yet the broken item is not replaced..

The handle can not take much weight. Have to carry putting the palm from below.Temperature is maintained up to 4 to 5 hours.

good for small trips
it is difficult to articulate 8 litres storage so I was a bit surprised at the small size when i got it and wished that I had ordered a larger capacity one but on usage this capacity is quite handy . Fits in 7-8 small water or cold drink bottles , some chocolates and i have kept some cold sandwiches too . it is quite strong and sturdy . Quite useful for small trips . I did not get the scoop which is mentioned on the box though .
