Great product working as expected. Using it a church building to play messages and music throughout the cafeteria and classrooms.

This product is for a commercial office with ceiling tiles. A hole saw will save you time and frustration. The diameter of the included template is 6.5 inches, which is not given in the description. This is the hole that houses the speaker. I found that it is easiest to take the ceiling tile off and make the hole from the back. A cardboard box will support the tile while cutting and catch the debris. The latches for the speaker are somewhat difficult to bend around the soft tile. I wired the speaker before mounting to the tile. Running the wire from speaker to speaker around the office is the most difficult and dirty part. Obviously, I am not a professional sound system installer, but the results turned out excellent. I'm sure that most people, with time and patience, could complete this job. The sound from the multiple speakers brings your office to a whole different level. Having the ability to control the volume in different zones is essential in my business. I have no use for the microphone. Excellent product so far.

This amp exceeded our expectations in all areas for our school. We had an building addition put on our school and some areas got missed installing speakers in key areas for announcements that was a must. We couldn't believe the cost to have a professional come out charging thousands of dollars, so we decided to install this system ourselves. It took some educating on how the mic system works over our current PA system but was able to piggy back the wires to the new units Mic priority1 port & works perfectly. On severe weather watch dates we have the FM tuner option on in the evenings for our custodial staff to listen to the radio in case a emergency broadcast comes over. This amp has so much potential for any setting. It's sad as a school we have to hold back on the other cool features this amp has. Music can play on the pa system and if someone makes a page the system mutes the background music to your level and the announcements can be heard, then the music returns to normal (nice option)... Anyone looking to save DIY, this unit will do the trick (just be sure to understand) the speaker input outputs and all options you plan to use first. **Side note: Be sure to set Mic control to lowest setting to start out with**

I needed to upgrade my office sound system, and I needed to be able to keep different zones at different volume. This was a perfect affordable solution. Speakers sound great, easy to install.
