Works great for my Intel i5 2500K
My PC got over heated because the old fan broke, so it hangs at lock screen with temperature warning. I bought this fan, and it comes with pre-thermal paste on it. Easy to install, just snap it in and good to go. The temperature of my CPU go back to normal and boot to Windows like charm. have it for 2 months and notice temperature of CPU is stable and the fan does not make a lot of noise.

Excellent Power Supply
I am adding this review on a computer using the Intel E97379-001 power supply and it is SOOOO quiet I have to actually look at the lights on the computer to make sure it is running!! Easy to install and has enough power to run almost any computer - except a gaming unit with multiple fans and hard drives. I highly recommend this power supply and it had a great price also.

Fits LGA 1151 Socket replacement
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this cpu cooler to replace another cpu cooler that broke a few weeks months ago. It fits in properly in my lga1151 motherboard cpu socket quite well. The noise it produces isn't really noticeable per say, but if it's open benched like this then yes. It is still audible. However, if it's in a enclose pc case with ventilation, the noise won't be so high. This cpu cooler was a simple install to a point it has no instruction manual to install. Although to be honest it did made me question its compatibility with a Lga1151 motherboard. However it connected in quite nicely with no issues what so ever.It has some cheap barebone cpu thermal paste, but I would switch it for a better brand of cpu thermal paste.Value for the money? Eh, not that much really. This thing is really designed for office pc's and not anything really intensive for gaming. The cpu would skyrocket in heat quickly with this cpu cooler, I would get something better. However, if you want it for a open test bench or for a basic replacement for a office pc. This would work just fine for that.TL:DR - Basic knock off cpu cooler that works fine.

The fact that newer processor don't even come with a cooler sucks!
These coolers are easy as hell to install, literally just click them in, plug in and go. The fact that they stopped applying a cooler with new processor is a pretty scummy practice in my opinion. I think this kind of thing needs to come back so it can help cut down on overall costs. That or make a separate box package for the newer processor so there's one that has and one that doesn't have a cooler with it. Either way, a CPU should at least come with some thermal paste.

perfect fit
Bought this for a cpu for a SuperMicro MBD-X11SSM-F-O Micro ATX Server Motherboard. The CPU I bought came OEM, so did not come with a fan, this one fit the bill and was super easy to install. Currently when idle it is keeping the CPU at around 20 degrees C. The current load I have it on right now is copying about 20TB of data from one NAS to another, and it is running about 35 degrees under that load. In the image, you can see when one copy stopped (left side) and another started (right side).

Replaced failed fan and runs perfect
This was a replacement for a failed fan and was surprised to find it included the metal fins in addition to the fan itself. At this price, I was not expecting all of it. The installation only took a minute and fan is quieter than the original. Some people talked about the fan being noisy but mine is quieter than the original.

Was needed for build
Bought an Intel cpu that didn't have a fan, this came in handy. Worth getting if going to use all stock parts

Cheap, but works as intended.
It's a cheap knock off of the original one. Fan's made out of cheap plastic, the fins are bendable, there's no copper inlay on the back, the power wire's shorter, and the sticker's also a cheap imitation. It looks nothing like the original one in the picture. But so far it does appear to do a good job at keeping the CPU cool. Between 40° and 45° degrees idle, between 45° and 50° while under stress. Also contrary to some other comments here I do not experience any loudness from the fan. When putting my ear close enough to where it can almost be chopped off by the fan I do hear a slight rattle. So not too impressed with the quality, but positively surprised by how well it functions for said quality.
